Only board members, post holders appointed by the Board and approved contractors/developers that the Board may appoint from time to time and who need the information to perform a specific job are granted access to personally identifiable information.

The Criterion Theatre ticketing system utilises a payment gateway provided by Sage Pay- the largest independent payment service provider (PSP) in the UK and Ireland. The Sage Pay gateway provides a highly secure payment method (Level 1 PCI DSS), processing payments for thousands of on-line businesses, including ours. It is Sage Pay's utmost priority to ensure that transaction data is handled in a safe and secure way.
No card or banking details are stored at any stage of the process on Criterion Theatre computer systems. All payment transactions are handled by Sage Pay secure servers.
Sage Pay use a range secure methods such as fraud screening, I.P address blocking and 3D secure. Once on the Sage Pay systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards.
