Status and Progress Bulletin for the Week Ending 21 November 2025
The contractor has now completed their work and have left the site.
There are a small number of non-critical snagging items otstanding that will be addressed over the next 1-2 weeks
The final 3 weeks of the project will be for internal work
Works Completed since last report (14th November 2025)

- New bar top fitted
- Floor preparation (screeding etc) complete
Works Planned for Week Commencing 24 November 2025
- Fit new flooring in new extension, bar lounge, toilets and coakroom
- Completion of snagging tasks (subject to contractor)
The completion of internal works has continued this week with the installation of the new bar countertops and extensive preparation works to the flooring ready forthe new flooring materials to be laid next week.?

The project will be completed over the remaining 2 weeks with installation of new flooring throughout FoH and completion of decoration. The final act will be new furniture delivered and installed
