'Extension of time' certificate granted delaying contractor's completion date from 19th September to 16th October 2025.
Contractor has stated that they still hope to finish by 16th October 2025.
Works Completed since last report (22nd August 2025)
- Electrical 1st fix complete
- Plumbing 1st fix ongoing
- Boiler repositioned
- Recess behind bar for fridge and wine cooler created
Works Planned for Week Commencing 5th September 2025
- Complete plumbing 1st fix
- Replace gas pipe (old gas pipe leaking and not certifiable)
- Start boarding out
Pictures showing that the plumbing installation has started and is planned to complete this week together with gas pipe replacement, also work has started to 'board out' the celing and most of this should be completed this week.
